Returns / Refund Policy
A return is possible within fifteen calendar days from date of our dispatch.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned if the packaging has been opened, namely: any Raw Materials such as: Malt, Malt Extractics, Hops, Yeast, Flavors, Carbonation Tablets, Salts, Sugars, and Cleaning Agents. Furtheremore, kits of any sort whether Beer-Kits or Testing kits may also not be returned if any Raw Material contents has been opened.
To complete your return:
Step One: Complete our return form and attach the original order confirmation, receipt, and any images of the products, and send it to email@example.com The form will require you to indicate the following information:
- The names of the items to be returned.
- Define whether the item is Unused, Defective/Damaged.
- Invoice Number
- How you would like the refund to be given back to you: Store Credit or direct refund to card.
Once we have received your email request, we will notify you immediately of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please do not send your purchase back to the sender without our prior approval.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item in good condition.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will be given through your elected refund method within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary depending on your shipping destination.
If you are shipping an item over PHP 3000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
